ரொறன்ரோ ஸ்ரீ வரசித்தி விநாயகர் தேவஸ்தானத்தினால்  இளம் சமுதாயத்தின் ஆன்மீக வளர்ச்சிக்காக ஸ்ரீ வரசித்தி விநாயகர் இந்துக்கல்லூரியினை 2005ம் ஆண்டு 65 பிள்ளைகளுடன் பண்ணிசை வகுப்புடன் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.
 
ஆன்மீகத்தின்மேல் இளம்சிறார்கள் காட்டிய ஈடுபாடு, ஊக்கம் மற்றும் பண்ணிசை கற்பதற்கு தமிழ், சமய அறிவு எவ்வளவு முக்கியம் என்பதையும் அறிந்துகொண்டு, பண்ணிசையுடன், தமிழ், சமய பாடங்களுடாக கலை, கலாச்சாரம், பண்பாடு, இறைவழிபாடு ஆகியவற்றை கற்பிக்கவேண்டும் என்பதைக் கருத்திற்கொண்டு  2006ஆம் ஆண்டு தைப்பூச தினத்தன்று புதிய தமிழ், சமயம், பண்ணிசை வகுப்புகள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. துரிதமான வளர்ச்சியினால் 2006 செப்டெம்பர் மாதத்திலிருந்து காலை/மாலை வகுப்புக்கள் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டன. பத்து தரமான ஆசிரியர்களைக் கொண்டு கல்வி கற்பிப்பதுடன் நின்றுவிடாமல் ஆலயத்தில் நடைபெறும் நவராத்திரி, திருவெம்பாவை, சிவராத்திரி, வருடாந்த மஹோற்சவம் போன்ற தினங்களில் தேவார திருமுறைகளைப் பண்ணோடு படித்தல், புராணக் கதைகளை நாடகவடிவில் நடித்தல்இ வாரம்தோறும் ஆலயத்தில் நடைபெறும் சமய நற்சிந்தனை, பஜனை வழிபாடு என்பவற்றில் கலந்துகொள்ள ஊக்குவித்தல் போன்றவை இக்கல்லூரியின் சிறப்பம்சமாகும். 
 

Sri Varasiththi Vinaayagar Hindu College
 

For the spiritual development of the younger generation, the Toronto Sri Varasiththi Vinaayagar Hindu Temple established the Sri Varasiththi Vinaayagar Hindu College in 2005, initially offering Pannisai (traditional devotional music) classes to 65 students.
 

Observing the deep involvement and enthusiasm the young children showed toward spirituality, and recognizing how essential Tamil language and religious knowledge are to learning Pannisai, the institution expanded its vision. With the goal of teaching arts, culture, tradition, and divine worship alongside these subjects, new classes in Tamil, Religion, and Pannisai were inaugurated on the day of Thaipusam in 2006. Due to the rapid growth in enrollment, morning and evening sessions were introduced starting in September 2006.
 

A defining feature of this college is that it goes beyond classroom education provided by its ten qualified teachers. It actively encourages students to:

• Sing the Thevara Thirumurai melodiously during major temple festivals such as Navaratri, Thiruvempavai, Shivaratri, and the Annual Mahotsavam.

• Enact mythological stories in the form of stage plays.

• Participate in the weekly spiritual discourses (Samaya Narchinthanai) and bhajan worship sessions held at the temple.
